PowerBadii follows a strict hierarchical account management system where accounts can only be deleted by users who created them or by authorized higher-level accounts.
"Creator has deletion rights" - The user who creates an account has the authority to delete that account. This ensures accountability and proper authorization.

Accounts cannot delete accounts at their same level or higher. They can only delete accounts they have created (lower in hierarchy).

For students under 18, written parental/guardian consent is mandatory for account deletion. Schools must maintain consent records.
